Alison is a Chartered FCIPD and MBA qualified HR Consultant in Rossendale with over 30 years’ experience as an operational people manager and HR professional. Alison currently offers a wide range of HR services at Metis HR.
At the age of 24, Alison was managing 105 unionised cleaning and catering staff.
Whilst working as an NHS manager during the Government’s drive for Compulsory Competitive Tendering, Alison had to cut her management teeth on making over 33% of the employees redundant in order to successfully win the tender in-house.

Alison established Metis HR Ltd in 2011. As a successful HR Consultant in Rossendale, Alison has worked with over 125 employers across the North West of England.
