It is good practice to review your HR policies each year at least to be sure they are still fit for purpose. Covid 19 and Brexit will change the practicalities and regulations around many policies. That’s why it is a good idea to make sure you are regularly reviewing them in a timely manner. It is a big job, so splitting it across the year is wise.
