1: Understand your world

We spend time understanding what you’re trying to achieve and why you’re trying to achieve it. We need to understand what your challenges are.  We’re like doctors, until we know all of the symptoms and have done tests, we can’t make an accurate diagnosis. To do this we have to go a layer deeper than most people usually go.

To do this we ask a lot of questions. We want to know your challenges and goals better than you do; this will allow us to see things you can’t see.

2: Help you see the potential pitfalls

We need to paint you a picture of what will happen without our help. What will your business or your situation look like in 6-12 months’ time if you continue doing what you’re doing?

This process allows us and you to see potential pitfalls that you may not have thought about previously.  We need to ask you to explain to us what you’re trying to achieve, because in your head you know it’s important but we need to understand from you exactly why it’s important.

3: Show you what it could be like

We want to provide you with a service that you need. So, expect some honesty from us, we might tell you that what you want isn’t what you need. If we just provide you with something that you think you want you’re likely to realise at some point that we’re not giving you what you need.

We genuinely want to help you and your business, rather than just providing you with the first thing you ask for. We believe in building relationships for the long term, not in just selling you a service.
