Metis HR offers you two levels of service for retained business support payable on monthly terms,
although we’re willing to talk to you about amending either of the Support packages if they don’t fit with what you need.

An assessment of your existing employment contracts and staff handbook
Tailor-made, revised, employment contracts and staff handbook based on the Metis HR standard contracts and policies amended to suit your operational and strategic needs. The Metis HR Standard Handbook contains a minimum of 49 Policies. Not all of these necessarily apply to your company, but we’ll tailor the handbook to meet your needs
Support with any formal consultation you need to do to introduce revised contracts and the staff handbook
Unlimited telephone or email advice
HR administration services comprising routine tasks such as drafting letters to employees, provision of forms and management fact sheets
*This support option doesn’t include visits to your premises to undertake work. These are charged as additional standard hourly rates.
All the services offered in the HR Manager Business Support Service
Professional HR support on your own premises for up to two full days’ or four half days per year undertaking HR related tasks. You decide what those tasks are. Clients in the past have used this time to get practical support on site with recruitment, appraisal interviews, disciplinary and grievance investigations and management development workshops
We don’t charge extra for mileage or travel time for the two days per year on your premises
Fees for support packages are calculated on the number of employees that you have. For example, if you employ 20 people, the HR Manager package will cost you around £144 + VAT per month. Contact us if you would like to find out how much a Metis HR Support Package would cost you per month.
